Bali Karisma Tour and Travel has created this website for legitimate reservations and bookings for travelers into Bali and the undermentioned states clearly the Terms and Conditions which will need to be adhered by the traveler/user.

1. Bookings & Cancellations

All reservation will be processed if you completely fill our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be replied within 1 day.
If there are any changes or cancellations you make to the details (reservation or purchase request and your profile) it is your responsibility to inform Bali Karisma Tour and Travel as soon as possible.
Cancellation fee will be charged to you if the hotels or other suppliers apply cancellation fee for any cancellation made. The total of cancellation fee depends of the regulations from each supplier.
The cancellation deadline will be mentioned on confirming your booking.

2. Travel Documents

Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.

3. Liability

Bali Karisma Tour and Travel makes no responsibility and will not be liable for any damages resulting due to viruses infecting your computer as a result of email/data transmission between the user and Bali karisma Tour and Travel. All our computers are equipped with the up to date virus detection software.

4. Indemnification

Both parties will agree to indemnify, and hold harmless each other (Bali karisma Tour and Travel staff, agents and the user) from any an against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material (including Software) or your breach of the terms of this agreement or inaccuracy of information or the availability and/or quality of products and/or services provided by third parties.

5. Force Majeure

Clause 1and 4 will be applied for the clause on “Force majeure”. This will include war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers, labour disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule, or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond Bali karisma Tour and Travel’s control.

6. Payment Method

* Payment will be proceeded by PayPal, or wire transfer
* We accept all majors of credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX,etc
* For low season, payment can be settled upon your arrival in Bali, unless different stated on the confirmation, but the credit card guarantee is still needed. Meanwhile during peak season period, advance payment is required, the payment due date shall be informed upon confirming your booking.

*For payment on arrival by credit cards, all transaction will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and the exchange rate based on the day of payment. Additional fee 3% will be applied as the bank surcharge.

Voucher
We shall issue the voucher for all guaranteed reservation. The copy of the voucher will be sent to you via email/fax. Please do print it out once you receive the voucher & present it upon registration at hotel front desk, then our company shall send the original one to hotel.
Note:
· Any Bank charge shall be paid by the sender.
· We shall only proceed your booking once we receive the booking guarantee (receipt or wire transfer)

7. Law of Agreement

All legal actions or suits relating to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

8. Additional Terms

Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions from external parties namely hotels, car rental companies etc.

Lastly, Bali Karisma Tour and Travel reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms & Conditions under which our website is presented without your consent. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use and/or access to our website following changes to this Terms & Conditions will mean that you accept those changes.
